The Hugs From Sherilyn Scholarship is open to graduate students pursuing higher education in Southern California and preparing for a career in pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and/or feeding therapy, with a focus on children with special needs. This year we are granting two scholarships of $2000 each.
To be considered, please include the following in your submission:
- Completed and signed scholarship application
- Academic letter of recommendation
- Community or volunteer letter of recommendation
- Academic transcript verifying a GPA of at least 3.0 in your chosen field
Submission Deadline: January 15, 2027
Finalists will be selected for an interview, likely via Zoom. Scholarship recipients will be contacted no later than February 28, 2027.
